In April of 2007 I got a free-lance project working on a web site for a non-profit organization based in Portland, Oregon. It is called "PHAME" (Pacific Handicapped Artists, Musicians and Entertainers). They needed their site to be re-built and updated. They had a design they love, but it used frames and was hard to update because the files were not organized well over the years of build-up.
So I started the site over from scratch, built a template in Dreamweaver, and built the sub-pages to suit. Here is the finished "core" product: PHAME Academy's Website. I will be making monthly updates to complete content that hasn't been generated by the client yet.

I volunteered on Multnomah County's Department of Community Justice web development team to get the last credits toward my certification in web page design.
I created the Londer Learning Center's web site. I designed and created the entire site from scratch, using DreamWeaver and XHTML, with some input and a few modifications from my supervisor.
The site is nested in Multnomah County's navigation and information bars across the top and bottom, but all of the content in the center of the page is my work.
